Hatira Property Group is led by a dedicated family whose journey reflects resilience, ambition and a commitment to building long-lasting developments. What began as a single mother’s pursuit of stability has grown into a hands-on property business with a strong foundation in hard work, service and practical experience across multiple sectors.
Every project is shaped by collaboration between mother and children, blending practical construction knowledge, business experience and a shared commitment to building spaces that serve real community needs. This family foundation creates a hands-on, accountable and values-driven approach to development that defines Hatira Property Group.

Mrs. Zahidli is the driving force behind Hatira Property Group. Her journey began when she moved to the United Kingdom seeking safety and opportunity for her family. With determination and a strong work ethic, she built several successful businesses across the fast-food, wholesale and retail sectors before stepping into property development.
Her first major project, Woodhouse Mill Industrial Estate, marked the beginning of the company’s development portfolio. Today, she oversees residential and commercial projects with a focus on quality, practicality and long-term value. Her leadership reflects her belief in creating opportunities through persistence, integrity and strong family values.
Gunel brings a wide range of experience from public service, fast-food operations and wholesale management. After completing her education and serving with South Yorkshire Police, she transitioned into the family business full-time, where she developed strong operational, managerial and customer-focused skills.
Today, she plays an active role in managing development projects, coordinating contractors and ensuring the smooth delivery of both residential and commercial builds. Her organisational approach and attention to detail support the company’s continued growth.
