Hatira Property Group began with the journey of Mrs. Hatira Zahidli, who moved to the United Kingdom as a Caucasian in search of safety, stability and a better future for her family. Starting life in a new country as a single mother, she worked long hours in the restaurant and fast-food industry while raising her two young children and building a foundation for their future.
As her children grew, the family ventured into business ownership, opening and successfully operating several fast-food restaurants. Their experience expanded into wholesale, retail and franchise operations, giving them a strong commercial background and a deep understanding of hard work, risk and responsibility.

After selling their businesses, Mrs. Zahidli shifted her focus toward property. With the support of her children, she began investing, building and developing both residential and commercial projects. In 2020, the family completed their first major development: Woodhouse Mill Industrial Estate. The success of this project led to further construction and expansion on the site, establishing the foundation for what would become Hatira Property Group.
Today, the company continues to grow through the development, management and delivery of residential homes, commercial units, industrial spaces and private construction projects. From new builds to full conversions and large-scale extensions, every project reflects the family’s resilience, determination and long-term vision.
